When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, company, business email, country, part information, manufacturing requirements, expected quantities, messages, and uploaded drawings or CAD files. We also collect limited technical data such as page visits and browser information to operate and improve the website.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate manufacturability, prepare quotations, communicate about your project, arrange production and quality activities, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Drawings and project files
Project files are used only for quotation and manufacturing-related work. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for the project. If your project requires a separate NDA, contact us before submitting confidential information.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database storage, file storage, security, and delivery. Email providers may process messages needed to notify our team and confirm receipt. Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate.
Retention and deletion
RFQ records and files are retained for as long as reasonably needed for quotation history, project execution, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. You may request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw from non-essential communications. We do not use submitted CAD files for public marketing without permission.
