About Metalcorex

Manufacturing partner for the hardware behind professional stage audio.

We help audio manufacturers turn drawings, samples, and CAD files into repeatable OEM speaker and audio components. We are a component manufacturing partner, not a finished speaker seller.

Positioning

We manufacture the custom parts inside professional audio products.

Metalcorex is built for speaker brands, amplifier manufacturers, PA system companies, studio monitor teams, and commercial audio product developers who need custom components made to drawings, samples, or 3D files.

We do not sell finished speakers. We support OEM programs with CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, mold manufacturing, finishing, assembly, packaging, and export coordination.

Factory & Production

A production partner your engineering and sourcing teams can evaluate.

Metalcorex combines years of professional-audio component experience with a drawing-led production process. Supplier-review evidence is agreed around the part, its risk, and your purchase requirements.

Professional Audio Experience

Experience shows in the questions asked before production.

Audio hardware sits inside an acoustic, structural, thermal, cosmetic, and service system. Our manufacturing review connects the drawing to that system before tooling or repeat production is released.

Injection molded professional loudspeaker horn and waveguide 01

Acoustic geometry

Which surfaces must remain acoustically controlled?

We separate acoustic faces from hidden structural regions, then review prototype route, draft, shrinkage, texture, mounting datums, and the transition into production tooling.

Line array speaker rigging rail with pin locations and safety hardware 02

Rigging load path

Who owns the load case, mating pin, and acceptance method?

For suspension hardware we identify material requirements, load direction, critical holes, edge condition, joining, finish interfaces, inspection evidence, and project-specific validation responsibility.

Machined and anodized amplifier heat sink for active stage speakers 03

Thermal & electronic interfaces

Which datums control heat transfer, connectors, and assembly?

Thermal contact, flatness, airflow, connector positions, PCB clearances, threads, masking, visible faces, and service access are reviewed as one amplifier-hardware system.

Repeat production

What defines an acceptable part after the first sample?

Drawing revision, approved finish, critical dimensions, fit checks, visual limits, sampling, labeling, protective packing, and change records are aligned before repeat orders.

Supplier Review

Ask for the evidence that matters to your program.

Before production release, the relevant evidence package is agreed from the drawing, risk level, and purchase requirements. Availability is confirmed per project rather than assumed from a website claim.
