    Confirm files, revision, quantity, material, finish, application, critical features, mating parts, cosmetic zones, and packing needs.

    DFM & process planning

    Identify manufacturing risks, tooling implications, realistic tolerances, datums, assembly access, finish allowances, and inspection methods.

  3. 03

    Prototype or tooling

    Prepare representative samples or production tooling, record open actions, and separate geometry validation from cosmetic approval.

  4. 04

    First article & approval

    Verify agreed dimensions, appearance, fit, interfaces, and documentation before repeat production is released.

  5. 05

    Production, inspection & pack-out

    Control the approved route, inspect agreed features, protect cosmetic surfaces, confirm labeling, and prepare export packaging.
